Wenqing (Wen) has a diverse professional and educational background in real estate development, construction administration and architectural design. He has a strong understanding of real estate from the development, transaction and consultant sides. With experience in projects from conceptual design, entitlement, construction, and all the way through tenant placement/project disposition, Wen has performed managerial roles in various project types including high-rise multifamily, office, industrial, retail, healthcare, hotel and large size mixed-use developments. Prior to joining VOREA, Wen was the Project Manager for CBRE where he helped NYC government agencies and DCAS with office and industrial tenant placement. Before joining CBRE, Wen was the Project Architect for EwingCole and Associate for Pelli Clarke Pelli architects, where he worked on the design and construction administration of high-profile/landmark projects in the US and abroad, such as 74 Trinity Place in Downtown NYC, HSS Westchester Hospital in White Plains, Star Harbor International Center in Shanghai and One City Mixed-Use Development in Shenzhen. Wen holds a Master of Real Estate in Finance and Investment degree from New York University, and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He is also an associate member of the American Institute of Architects. Wen is bilingual in English and Mandarin. He enjoys photography, sneaker customization and playing basketball in his spare time.
