Sarah is a driven real estate development & construction professional with 8 years of experience in new construction & redevelopments. She draws on her mix of experience working at both GCs/CMs & Owner/Developers to solve complex problems & keep projects on track through completion. Sarah started in construction as an APM/Procurement Agent and quickly worked up to a Junior PM position, where she was able to take on more responsibility but also learn from seasoned professionals in the industry. As a PM, she first oversaw large scale redevelopments of existing assets such as Related’s Carnegie Park, SCG America’s MiMa Tower & ongoing projects at Peter Cooper Village / Stuyvesant Town. She furthered this experience on the developer side - working with a team to reposition existing assets like The Biltmore as well as a portfolio of pre-war buildings throughout the Village. Most recently, Sarah was a Project Manager on the Bjarke Ingels designed 76 Eleventh Avenue in West Chelsea. One of her favorite parts of working in construction is partnering with a wide breadth of people - from investors to plumbers & from interior designers to DOB expediters. Her second favorite is learning about & implementing new technologies and procedures into the construction process in order to drive efficiency and sustainability.
Sarah is a graduate of The New School with a degree in psychology & an avid reader. When she is not working, Sarah can be found exploring Long Island with her boyfriend, preparing for the next scuba diving trip or tending to her plant collection.
