Natalie Johnson has over 13 years experience in Human Resources leadership roles, driving process and performance improvement. She provides the VOREA team with valuable expertise and experience in the areas of: talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, legal compliance, performance management, training, leadership development and compensation and benefits. With a focus on maintaining and fostering an employee-centric culture, Natalie supports all aspects of the VOREA people strategy, from candidate selection through organizational development. Natalie holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management. Outside of work, Natalie can be found running, painting or exploring the city.
