Located 1 block from the Bedford L-train, in the vibrant neighborhood of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, VOREA acquired the lease hold interest in 184 N 8th Street in 2009.  After successfully taking the project through the BSA variance process, VOREA repositioned the defunct and vacant warehouse, into an 8,500 sq/ft, two story Retail and Commercial Building. The complete gut rehabilitation of the historic warehouse included new infrastructure and building wide systems, flooring, windows, façade, artistic murals, custom millwork, custom steel work, new custom reclaimed stairways, and elevator rehab. Completed May 2012.
