Jonathan Pastor is a construction superintendent who possesses a BA from SUNY – Albany. His vast knowledge and experience has been obtained through supervising and managing various projects in NYC including- a gut rehab of an occupied 17-story residential building, a repurposing of an old Brooklyn Navy Yard manufacturing site into a light industrial facility with a corporate office space, and a subterranean 25,000 sq ft management office with a green roof in an occupied residential complex. Jonathan has also completed a major multi-tenant retail storefront renovation, numerous commercial space white box build outs and countless high-end residential apartment renovations. With a core competency in construction management, Jonathan brings an efficiency and streamlined approach to the VOREA Development team. Jonathan is a native of (New York) and a diehard NY GIANTS fan and a struggling Mets fan.
