Jared Lewis is a real estate professional supporting VOREA’s development activities. As a Senior Development Manager, Jared is responsible for performing functions as they relate to VOREA’s real estate development process, working in various capacities to support projects from the acquisition phase through stabilization. More specifically, his primary responsibilities include supporting all real estate asset underwriting, analyzing and negotiating contracts, sourcing financing, overseeing the design and construction phases, managing the asset post-stabilization, and ultimately leading the project management effort to ensure that underwritten returns are achieved. He also leverages his previous experience working in the management consulting industry to help VOREA serve its clients and manage its internal obligations. Jared graduated from the University of Florida’s Hough Graduate School of Business with a Master’s Degree in International Business as well University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Finance.
