Gavin Ambursley, a Jamaican native, moved to Canada at a young age and has worked in real estate related positions his entire career. In Canada, Gavin gained experience with an interior design and decorating firm specializing in residential design. He later relocated to the United States where he worked as a facility manager for Empire Building Management - overseeing a 7-building portfolio inclusive of a shopping mall. Gavin worked for a period of time as a carpentry subcontractor and eventually entered a position as a residential building superintendent where for 12-years he managed (2) residential condo buildings in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Gavin brings his experience to the VOREA team as a facility manager for VOREA assets.
Gavin is a licensed Construction Superintendent, and is Boiler and Sprinkler licensed. In addition, Gavin has obtained 40-hour Site-safety Certification as well as 30-hour OSHA certification. Outside of work, Gavin enjoys cooking and spending time with his 3 daughters.
