Pre-construction and construction management services for the 50,000SF new-construction building in Long Island City, Queens. The project includes an iFLY Indoor Skydiving facility and a 3-story commercial building. The complex design and construction of the project included building adjacent to the LIRR railyards and above MTA and Amtrak tunnels. The project was completed in 2024.
