Chris is a highly-motivated construction management professional with over 6 years of experience in commercial ground-up construction projects. After graduating with honors from New York Institute of Technology's School of Architecture, he joined a Construction firm on Long Island to gain practical experience in construction before pursuing a career in design. Starting out as the Assistant to the Director of Construction, then moving up to Assistant Project Manager, and eventually Project Manager, he quickly learned what it takes to effectively manage construction projects. Being heavily involved in all phases from design development, value engineering, and pre-constriction planning, to demolition and construction, Chris has a passion for bringing ideas into reality in a cost-efficient and sustainable way. In addition to his residential experience, Chris managed an interior fit-out for an upscale steakhouse in midtown and also worked on two commercial ground-up projects in Manhattan.
Chris has a passion for adventure. When he isn't sailing, surfing, or windsurfing on Long Island in his free time, he can be found hiking upstate or exploring architecture around NYC with his girlfriend.
