Christopher Giese is an accomplished construction and development professional who brings more than 30 years of diverse New York construction experience to the VOREA team. Chris’ strengths lie in comprehensive large-scale project development and construction; and his portfolio includes an extensive array of projects and roles.  Prior to joining VOREA, Chris served as a Project Executive for a start-up construction management firm in Manhattan, where he led numerous key projects within the commercial sector. Previously, Chris was the Assistant Vice President for Capital Projects at Northwell Health, where he straddled the world of development, project management, construction, and oversaw the delivery of complex and critical projects throughout the health system. Chris began his career at an interior renovation general contractor, where he filled all roles from field laborer and carpenter through project executive during his 20-year tenure. Chris is a results-oriented, proactive, and hands-on leader, who is highly skilled at team leadership, mentoring, technical issue resolution, strategic and logistical planning, budget controls, and schedule development and management. Exceptional communication skills allow him to build and maintain essential relationships, and efficiently manage teams through successful project completion.
