As an Development Associate for The VOREA Group, Areya supports the development team in underwriting, sourcing financing, contract negotiation and provides oversight of the design and construction process with a specialized skillset in mixed-use development. He brings a diverse background to the team, having recently graduated from the NYU Schack School of Real Estate, with a Masters in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance and Investment. Before his time at NYU, Areya worked as an associate for investment firm based out of Orange County, California, which focused on build-to-rent single-family transactions in Texas and South Carolina, as well as NNN investments across the US.
