Mr. Mironov is a construction professional with over 13 years of experience in all phases of construction, from strategic planning and budgeting to formalizing capital construction budgets.   As the Director of Preconstruction and Field Operations at VOREA Mr. Mironov is responsible for the overall performance and success of each project within his charge. He excels at coordinating the flow of information from the client, design team and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project budgets and schedules while overcoming quality control issues. His expertise in cost consultancy, controlling design and construction costs, project management and project budgeting is applied to a diverse range of sectors, particularly mixed-use retail/office spaces, hotels, university facilities and public/civic buildings. The knowledge and experience he brings to VOREA’s projects were developed through extensive experience in ground-up construction, site work, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, concrete, framing and finishing. This diverse range of experiences gives him a unique understanding of the project as a whole, benefiting both our Clients and VOREA. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Industrial Management and Construction and Engineering Management.  Andrey’s energetic, innovative and disciplined attitude, coupled with his strong work ethic make him an essential part of VOREA’s team.
