48,000SF, 22 story 104 key hotel in Downtown Brooklyn. Prior to VCC’s involvement, construction at the development had stalled with over 60% of the project remaining.  VCC stepped into the project provided  pre-construction assessment for new ownership leading into a construction management agreement to compete project.  Construction scope included new utility services, hotel brand modifications, value engineering and the remediation non-compliant systems and damaged materials.
