Pre-construction and construction management of an planned 80,000+SF mixed-use commercial development on Jackson Ave in LIC. The ground-up building features a 72-unit hotel, (2) floors of headquarter office space, as well as ground floor, lower level and rooftop retail. Project completed in 2021.
