Located on a tree lined block in the Carroll Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn, VOREA acquired the distressed 8 Unit, rent stabilized building in 2011. With a challenging and uncooperative tenant mix and the building in danger of imminent collapse, VOREA acquired possession of units, stabilized the structural danger, and repositioned the asset. VOREA sold the asset in 2014.
